Here are some details of my standard charges.

Residential Costs (Home Visits)

Standard Call Out Rate: £30/hr (Mon-Fri 9-3pm)
Minimum Charge: £30
Minimum notice: 24 hours

Business Costs (Business Visits)

Standard Call Out Rate: £40/hr (Mon-Fri 8-3pm)
Emergency Call Out Rate: £50/hr (Mon-Fri 8-3pm)
Emergency Call Out Rate: £75/hr (Any other time)
Minimum notice: 3 hours

Remote Support Rate

Hourly Cost: £20/hr (Mon-Fri 4pm-Midnight)
Remote support is charged in 15 minute chunks, at £5 for 15 minutes.

Billing

After your problem has been fixed, I will bill you for your time via an invoice to your email address. In certain situations it may be necessary for a deposit to be taken for new customers. This will be no more than the cost of 1 hour of support.
